I had a terrible experience at Hanz GALAXY hotel. They informed me upon arrival that my room was double booked and sent me to another shady hotel instead, all while still charging the same price. This felt like a scam, and it left a bad taste given there are so many better options in Ho Chi Minh. It really made me question their integrity as a hotel.
